Overall School development 5 Year Strategic Plan School Vision Annual Development Plan Policies and Procedures Growth and Development Accreditation/External Review Calendar Review	To finalize the 5 year strategic plan and develop an annual plan based on the strategic plan • Lead staff discussion on what the vision means in relation to classroom teaching and expectations for staff and students. Complete an annual plan Ensure regular policy review Establish a committee to look at our physical site and develop plans for strategic development to cater for High School growth. Establish options for external review, cost and timing for 2007/2008 school year Evaluate the existing calendar, implement a new calendar by June 2007
High School Overall High School Communication Delivery High School Identity	Review curriculum internally to strengthen consistency of delivery and overall structure Develop regular intentional communication with parents around curriculum and programmes Develop an effective CIE training and induction program for new teachers Establish a Parent committee to organize High School functions that promote school identity and character
Elementary School Overall Elementary School Communication	Review curriculum internally to strengthen consistency of delivery and overall structure Develop clear scope and sequence from K-6 that will be compatible with the Middle and High School curriculum Establish a K1 Class (for 4 year olds) Further develop an effective communication program to parents and faculty
Staffing Leadership Recruitment Retention Induction Professional Development National Support Staff	Develop a united, effective leadership team Develop networks for effective recruiting and a support package for staff Stabilize staffing and ensure that sufficient teachers are in place to meet growth goals Manage teacher workload through staffing and a supportive curriculum framework Develop a structured induction programme Provide ongoing professional development opportunities for faculty Redevelop job descriptions and develop goal setting
Resourcing Finance Property	Long term financial planning in place Annual budget aligned with annual development plan/long term plan Form a building committee to develop a long term strategy for facilities. Renovate the current facilities, as necessary, Complete the new Multi Purpose facility by December 2007
Support Services Guidance Counselor Special Needs Home School Program Boarding Program (O/S missions responsibility)	Develop the Councilor position which guides students into the entry needs of high school, college, and home countries. Recruit a Special Needs Coordinator who will identify and cater to students with special needs Recruit a Home School Coordinator who will support home school families Review the policy and philosophy behind the boarding program and look at future planning
Communication and Public Relations Communication Community Involvement	Ensure regular communication with stakeholders (O/S missions/parents) by November 2006. Strengthen links with other international schools
