  • To finalize the 5 year strategic plan and develop an annual plan based on the strategic plan • Lead staff discussion on what the vision means in relation to classroom teaching and expectations for staff and students.
  • Complete an annual plan
  • Ensure regular policy review
  • Establish a committee to look at our physical site and develop plans for strategic development to cater for High School growth.
  • Establish options for external review, cost and timing for 2007/2008 school year

  • Develop the Councilor position which guides students into the entry needs of high school, college, and home countries.
  • Recruit a Special Needs Coordinator who will identify and cater to students with special needs

  • Review the policy and philosophy behind the boarding program and look at future planning
